Women unionists protest Wal-mart ruling

Women retail workers from Department Store union Local 338 held a news
conference June 21 outside New York’s City Hall to protest the Supreme
Court’s decision a day earlier disallowing the Dukes v. Wal-Mart class
action suit against the giant retailer for discrimination against women.
