Pursuant to a recent order of the U.S. Court
of Appeals for the Third Circuit, Philadelphia, the 4th-Step Reply Brief will be
filed Oct. 23, 2006, on behalf of Mumia Abu-Jamal. Our objective is to win a new
and fair trial in this case. At the conclusion of the retrial, I want my client
to walk out of the courtroom a free person. We are grateful for your support in
this great struggle against the death penalty and justice.
