New York City Council honors Rosa Parks

NY1-TV after the New York City Council voted unanimously on Nov. 30 to make Dec.
1 Rosa Parks Day. A rally has been set for Wall Street and Broadway from 2 p.m.
to 6 p.m. to commemorate that day.
