Protesters tell Schumer: ‘Stop deportations!’

On April 2, the newly formed Migrant Power Alliance held a noontime action in front of the Manhattan office of  Sen. Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.). The MPA was protesting the connection between Schumer and the prison-industrial complex and demanding an end to mass deportations. The MPA is an alliance of several immigrant rights organizations.
