WHAT WE STAND FOR

uUnion jobs at a living wage for all

uOrganize all workers.
Defend the right to organize

uFull rights for all immigrant workers and their families

uEnd racism and national
oppression. Stop police
brutality

uRestore and expand
affirmative action

uRestore and expand
social programs; reverse
the cutbacks

uEnd workfare slavery and the scapegoating of poor women

uEnd the racist death penalty

uFree Mumia Abu-Jamal, Leonard Peltier, the Puerto Rican prisoners of war,
and all political prisoners

uUnion wages for prisoners. Money for schools, not jails

uEqual pay for equal work. Equal pay for comparable work

uStop sweatshops. Full pay, benefits, union rights,
and reparations from
sweatshop profiteers like Disney, Nike, Levi Strauss

uTax the rich.
Stop corporate welfare

uFree, universal health care. Full rights for the disabled

uFull reproductive rights,
including abortion rights
and no forced sterilization

uFree, universal child care

uBan strike breaking
and union busting

uFull rights to lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transgender people. Legalize same-sex marriage

uShut down the Pentagon.
No more war for big business. Stop the sanctions against Iraq and Yugoslavia.
End the blockade of Cuba

uSave the environment.
Make the corporations pay for clean-up
