On March 20, a broad coalition of organizations in Chicago, after three
months of planning and battling the city for a permit, staged an evening
demonstration of over 5,000 people, marching for a mile and a half down
Michigan Ave. and concluding with a rally at Daley Plaza against the Iraq
war.
